Naylor & Walkden has worked across a wide range of projects in both the public and private sectors, including sectors such as health, education, social, industrial, commercial and retail. Within the public sector, we have undertaken works for most NHS Health Care Trusts and Local Authorities across the North West. Our new build contracts have usually been won via rigorous competitive tendering procedures and with a significant element also being secured by way of negotiation where expedience and our naturally competitive pricing structure have often won the day. |
