Our experience and success within the contracting sector has naturally led us into the field of Design and Build, where we are able to provide a service encompassing retail and commercial office development, industrial production facilities, social amenity and leisure facilities, and private sector residential accommodation.

Our general philosophy here is to provide a user friendly one-stop service to clients, offering expedient and bespoke solutions within a controlled budgetary framework, whilst maintaining an agile response to pre and post-contract design evolution.

As would be expected of the Design and Build approach, we develop working designs in liaison with the Local Planning and Building Control Authorities, so as to ensure compliance from the outset.

We have close working/partnering relationships with selected prominent architectural and structural engineering practices, which facilitate our approach to the Design and Build process.
